Health Advocate
HealthAdvocate offers you and your family the following free concierge services to help you:
- Help to resolve insurance claim problems
- Answer questions about test results, treatments and medications
- Assist with elder-care issues, including Medicare and in-home care
- Locate doctors, hospitals, dentists and other providers
- Aid in the transfer of medical records, X-rays and lab results
- Get cost estimates for common medical procedures
Eligibility
- All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire.
- Union employees – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.

- Provided at no additional cost to eligible employees

Omada Health for Diabetes and Hypertension
Veolia North America has partnered with Omada, a personalized diabetes and hypertension management program that surrounds you with tools and one-on-one coaching support you need to reach your health goals, whether that’s losing weight, managing medications, or improving your overall health.

Eligibility
- Veolia employees and their dependents enrolled in the UHC medical plans who are pre-diabetic, have been recently diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, or are living with diabetes and/or who have hypertension are eligible for the program and encouraged to participate. (Must be 18 or older.)
Cost
- Veolia will cover the entire cost of the program.

Physical Therapy via Hinge Health
Hinge Health offers digital programs that allow you to perform Physical Therapy right from home to help overcome muscle and joint pain in all areas of your body. Now you can select up to three areas to work on at once — and get the right exercises to reduce your pain. Want to focus on your neck, shoulders, and knees? No problem. Back, hips, and feet? It’s your choice!
Eligibility
- Employees and their dependents at least 18 years of age and enrolled in the Veolia North America’s UHC medical plan.
- Union employees – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.
How to Sign-Up
- Sign-up online here. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a Welcome Kit with a tablet computer and wearable sensors that guide you through the exercises. You will also be paired with a personal health coach who tailors the program to your needs.

- Veolia will cover the entire cost of the program.
