Delta Dental Plan

Dental coverage is provided through Delta Dental of Illinois. Visit any dentist you choose across the U.S., but pay less for care when you use a Delta Dental PPO or Premier in-network dentist.

Eligbility

  • All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire.
  • Union employees – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.

Cost

  • Please visit the Rate Sheet page.
  • Employees will see the cost per pay period when you are logging into the Benefit Enrollment system.
  • Employees may elect coverage and will pay via payroll deductions.

CarePlus Insured Dental Plan

CarePlus Dental Plan provides dental coverage, allowing you to visit an in-network dentist. 

Eligibility

  • CarePlus Dental is available only to Milwaukee Union Employees

Cost

  • Employees will see the cost per pay period when you log into the Benefit Enrollment system. 
  • Employees may elect coverage and will pay via payroll deductions.

Vision Plan (VSP)

There are two vision coverage options — Silver (Core) and Gold (Buy-up.) Both options are administered by Vision Service Plan (VSP) and provide a benefit for exams and materials. VSP partners with Costco® Optical, Eye Care Centers of America™ and other high-quality retail chains.

    • If you are represented by a bargaining unit, you may not be eligible for the benefits described in the above Summary of Benefits. Please refer to your CBA, which identifies any VNA benefits for which you may be eligible.
