BenefitHub offers a discount program called Your Veolia Discount Marketplace with find perks, and deals on thousands of brands in one place.
- **Eligibility:** All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire. Union employees – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.
- **Cost:** Veolia will cover the entire cost for the membership at BenefitsHub. Employees and dependents are responsible for payment of any items purchased on BenefitsHub.

### Purchasing Power
Purchasing Power allows employees to purchase products they love, receive their order up front, and pay for the product over time via fixed, easy payments from their paycheck.
- **Eligibility:** All exempt, non exempt hourly and/or nonunion employees, working 20 hours or more per week as of date of hire. Union employees – please consult your CBA to determine your eligibility.
- **Cost:** Employees are responsible for 100% of the cost. Once employees order the product online, they will pay via payroll deductions. All purchases are made through a 12-month interest free purchase process. Payments are equally divided over an individual’s specific payroll frequency over the course of 12 months.

### Tuition Reimbursement / Educational Assistance
Veolia supports and encourages its employees in North America to pursue technical and academic education to enhance job-related skills and knowledge. In keeping with this philosophy, the company has established an Education Assistance program for reimbursing expenses incurred through approved institutions of learning.
