Sequoia is a non-qualified employee stock purchase program, which offers Veolia employees the ability to become Veolia Environment shareholders.

#### Sequoia 2026 Enrollment Period:

The 2026 enrollment period for Sequoia was June 9 to June 29, 2026.

#### Eligibility

- Veolia employees hired on or before May 4, 2026 (three months of service by August 4, 2026) will be eligible.
- New Veolia colleagues (formerly of Clean Earth) are eligible to participate.
- All Veolia employees who meet the service requirement are eligible to participate.
- All temporary and contract employees are *not eligible* to participate.
- Employees covered by certain collective bargaining agreements are *not eligible* to participate. Please reach out to your HR Business Partner with questions

- A 100% matching contribution up to €300
- 15% discount on the reference price\*

#### ComputerShare:

Computershare manages Veolia benefits through their EquatePlus platform. They handle:

- Account setup by emailing login credentials
- Tax documentation including Form W-9 certification (required to avoid 28% withholding)
- Distribution of dividend payments and 1099-DIV forms
- Access your investments by creating an EquatePlus account with the credentials they provide.
